• Not sure who was lying but the move-unloading was confirmed for 4-17. Waited to hear what time they were coming and get a message saying Kathy from Uhaul will call. No message from Kathy. After calling around to the moving help and Uhaul numbers was told that I agreed for the date to be changed to 4-18. I did not. Finally talked to Kathy who was defensive and rude and said the movers had a family emergency and couldn't come til 4-18. Mover called the night if 4-17, said Uhaul didn't have the boxes ready for pick up and there was no family emergency. So the movers finally come with the Uboxes on 4-18 and quickly unload and take off. Nothing was put back together or set up. In the end while unpacking and putting things together we are finding small damages. We also lost a day of plans due to the schedule change. This was the worst experience we've had with moving help and Uhaul. For as much as they charged us for this, we were robbed for what we got and experienced.

• Had to call to confirm the move and the time they would arrive. Kitchen island arrived broken. Dining room table wasn’t taken apart before placing it inside the container and arrived scratched and one of the legs was chipped.   You provided us with no straps to tie everything off. We only load what is available to us. We do not offer anything extra such as pads or straps. Protection for your belongings is your responsibility.bwhen we do load swaps from truck to truck we use what is available to us at the of load. Not our fault you did not have proper equipment.
