• I don't leave reviews. However, the guys were great and earned one! Good communication up front (I had the confidence that they would show up!). Confirmed again prior to the move. That morning arrived on time. I told them the cat couldn't get out (I moved her from room to room and closed the door). Packed great, had everything fit. Unloading wasn't fun in the rain, but not complaints. Finished on time. No wall marks at either location. Absolutely great experience. Broke my rule and left a review.

• Best moving crew I've ever experienced. Two guys packed the entire 15 ft moving van (floor to ceiling) in 2 hours, plus unloaded and put the items where they belonged. Very happy with their service. Also a fun crew to work with. Highly recommend, and will use again.

• Advance communication could have been better as far as scheduling & confirming a time of day. The day of crew were efficient loaders and effectively used text messages and to communicate as needed. There were several items that could have been wrapped better as wood furniture ended up scratched (especially stacking tables that were only wrapped together with nothing between them), and the giant box wall with space at the end allowed boxes to slide out during transit, though luckily nothing broke.

• They did a fantastic job loading the truck for our move. The apartment was on the 3rd floor and it was an extremely hot day. The crew never stopped working. Our move was 600 miles and nothing in the truck moved or broke on the way. We could not be more pleased.

• When I called the mover helper yesterday to let him know we are meeting at my storage unit first instead of the apartment he told me he booked someone else in my time slot & asked me to move my time to 2 hours earlier or later but I was unable to because U only have the UHaul for a certain time.
