• The movers were polite, timely, courteous, and helped dramatically with my stress level this move. They handled the vastly different contexts I was moving between with ease and asked for my advice on how to handle tough situations, like a desk that couldn't fit through a door. • I was alone for this move, so I hired 3 guys, one was supposed to stay down with the trailer so stuff didn't get stolen, he left the trailer alone and open!! and then complained about being board when asked to stay with the trailer. One guy was half hour late, and I told them we would get started when he showed up. . Even though I provided moving blankets, pads, and wrap; they only wrapped one piece of furniture, so now everything is scratched and scuffed. I showed them everything that needed to get loaded and clarified the trailer and truck bed, then they loaded up the back seat of my truck with things I said needed to go into the pickup bed. They I guess thy threw out some of the stuff because it never got loaded after I had to take it out. They broke the cement base of one of my floor lamps in the apartment hallway and didn't even tell me, they loaded a large heavy paper cutter on top of my full length mirror. Horrible Experience!!!

  Hi Tracy, Our arrival time for this move was 9-10am, all of our crew was onsite by 913am and can be verified if needed. The 3rd crew member only came up the 1st trip and stayed at the truck the rest of the time, also he didn't speak with you again until the end of the move so not sure where the bored comment came from? You only provided 2 blankets and instructed us to wrap the 2 desks and they were secured. You provided a 5x8 trailer and a small pickup truck, we loaded everything we could into them and you were instructed that items in the truck may get damaged due to it not being a proper moving vehicle. you had many items that wouldn't fit and that is why we loaded some of them into the backseat. We never threw anything out as we were on the side of a street, you told the crew you would dispose of these items left. The lamp was not broke by us, it was in the back of your truck and may have broke in transport. Also we never put a paper cutter on a mirror!

• The movers themselves did a fantastic job. The only thing is we paid for 4 hours, but the job only took 3. We tried calling for a refund but couldn't get anyone on the phone. So then we contacted through Moving Help, and they responded they would refund us. We've called twice since. It's going on two months, and we're still waiting for the refund and a receipt (so Moving Help will refund us the remaining 15 percent).

• Showed up two hours late. Wouldn’t give me an eta. Just kept prolonging the time. I unloaded a good portion of my truck myself before they even got the there because I was so tired of waiting. One guy also wreaked of alcohol when he spoke to you and the others just talked horribly about the city I was moving to and how they were better because they didn’t live there right in front of me. I would never hire them again.

• I left details regarding the move and spoke with Shane about the job the night prior. I originally booked 3 movers but the company could not accommodate but the owner assured me that 2 guys could do the job but from the moment the movers arrived they were complaining. They moved a few small contents and then said they could move the shed as requested. I shared that their manager said to call the owner and he would come help. They did and the owner would not come so they said they could not do the job and left.

• I had two great movers (Chris & Moo) that loaded everything on the truck. They worked very well with each other and were very professional. One mover had to leave for an appointment so the company sent a replacement mover to assist with the unload... The replacement mover was barely any help at all.

• Received call @11:20 on day of move, stating that movers were on there way from Gig Harbor and would arrive between 45 and 60 minutes. Started calling and texting , when 2 hours had passed, and continued to call. Did receive call from Owner, to check to see if his team had arrived. Stated at that time that he had to locate his help, we told him it was 4PM truck was due back at 6 PM we needed to hire a different crew.
