2 year’s ago we moved to our former apartment with smaller truck and 2 helpers and they finished job in 2 hours.This year we got helpers from Mega men movers and we got bigger truck , our stuff didn’t change , same 2 years ago. But helpers couldn’t finish in first 2 hours and asked me to pay company $220 for add another hours and during moving They were always grumbling that we can’t stay more , we can’t finished!!! Finally at end of extra hours that we paid already they left our stuff inside of truck and left us!! And said we are done on hours if you want pay another $220 !! We moved all stuff with ourselves!! We can’t understand why 2 years ago others helpers finished job in 2 hours without any request of extra hours and this year they did like horrible job!! Please please do not work with this company!! They push more stress during moving on you.

These guys are the best!!! Hands down the most professional team I’ve ever used. I’m moving into my third home and I wish I had knew about these guys for all of my other moves. Mega Movers were a God send. We had to move our main floor to the basement for a remodel and floor refinish but our mover ran into an issue and let me know the evening before, that they could not show up. Mega Movers came to our rescue! I called them on a Wednesday evening for a next morning job and they were able to come in the morning and move all our furniture to the basement. These guys know what they’re doing, we’re VERY careful and fast. Will definitely be calling them to move it all back when the renovation is done.

Alex was very communicative during the process. He called right away to get an idea of what was needed and let me know when they were on their way. They showed up early, and knocked out the unloading of the Uhaul truck really quick, but professionally making sure to care for our items. Both guys were very friendly and enjoying themselves even though it was a bit of a warm humid day. They definitely knew what they were doing. Absolute worst movers that I have ever dealt with. Rolled my garment boxes end over end and dragged all of my boxes over new wood floor. Walked on my coffee table and left footprints. never again.
