• These guys were awesome! They were very quickly able to tell us a few of our items probably won't fit, so we were able to make some quick decisions on what to leave behind. They did a great job tetris'ing and re-tetrising all of our items to get them to fit into the box - not an inch to spare! Highly recommend! 10 out of 10!

• The guys who unloaded my truck were great! Kevin and Yonal were flexible with me when I got into traffic. Once we arrived, I was surprised at how fast they moved and got the entire truck unloaded and put into storage! I really appreciate their attention to detail and work ethic. Yonal said he didn’t speak English, but Kevin did. Kevin did a great job communicating with both me and him! Would hire these two guys again!

• Terrible experience. Movers didn’t arrive on time, got irritated once they found out they had to pack (even though it was on the order) and load, just threw my stuff in boxes breaking items, put breakables with cast iron pan shattering them, just dumped drawers into boxes, and didn’t mark any boxes with contents turning the unload into a guessing game. Would not recommend at all.

• Movers damaged door threshold due to attempts to avoid lifting anything heavy. Complained of average furniture pieces being too heavy. They did not seem to know how to properly use moving dolly; and left my moving dolly off the truck in a backyard causing me to have to locate the dolly and this made me late returning everything to UHaul on time

• The guys did a great job moving stuff into my home. Everything was in my garage and the rooms were labeled for them to put in the right spot. They were very careful and no walls were damaged in my new home. They were done earlier than the 2 hours. They moved some large appliances as well and brought their own hand trucks. • Both Lazaro and Simon were fantastic. They were courteous, efficient, and hard-working. I never felt like I needed to worry about anything because they handled everything so well. They were respectful of my mom’s stuff and took great care of all of her items. I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect using a contracted service like this, but based on my experience from this, I would definitely utilize this service again and would definitely use camouflage and would most definitely request Lazaro and Simon!

• Kevin and another mover were great. They were fast. They packed really good at my Uhaul truck. 2 bed 2 bath 2nd floor apartment with washer&dryer, recliner sofa, 2 mattress, dining table, coffee table took about 2hr and 15min. We paid $30 for 15min overtime. But it was still great.

• The movers did an outstanding job of offloading the U-Box and assisting me by placing items where I indicated. The company also worked with me to arrange delivery of the U-Box a couple of days earlier than scheduled when my shipment arrived in San Antonio four days earlier than expected. Prompter responses to voicemails and more availability by phone would both have been helpful. Tips were provided to the movers at the time of service.

• We had an excellent experience with Camouflage Moving Service. David was great to work with and made scheduling easy. The crew showed up right on time and worked hard. They are experts at the Tetris game of loading a truck, getting it loaded much better and more quickly than we would have been able to. We hired Camouflage when moving to San Antonio, and based on the excellent experience that time didn't look anywhere else when moving this time. If we need movers again in San Antonio we will definitely use Camouflage again.

• Camouflage Moving was super responsive and had exceptional communication throughout the process. The movers were polite and industrious. Only casualty of the move was a glass baking dish from a fragile marked box that was at the bottom of the stack of totes on the dolly. Overall I am very happy with their work. • Dropped my stuff when loading. Was not careful with items when packing- did not use the packing materials I set aside to protect my appliances but instead loaded it as an item on the floor of the truck. Appliances got ass scratched up, and damaged because of it. They also packed the ratchet straps that were going to be used for strapping the fridge ect to wall and so they didn't strap it or the TV. Many other things were damage and gouged. If I wanted my stuff broken or rushed I could have hired the kids down the road. The guy said to me when I explained I was unhappy prior to unloading 'many people try to sew me' but how do I know they didn't damage it when unloading. I took pictures and videos of the whole unloading process and will be pressing charged unless he contacts me to rectify the situation. Also was devious about stating the person I was talking to was the owner. Acted like he was just a helper in the beginning.

• We had some issues with our uhaul order so the time we scheduled the movers for was cut short. The workers were able to get a lot done during the time they had left but it would have been nice if the company could have been a little more accommodating with the time due to our unforeseen circumstances. We also had blankets and stretch wrap visible to the workers but they didn't use it. I guess we needed to have been more direct and asked them to use those materials for our furniture.

• Beware when you book. There is a two hour minimum but if Uhaul sets it up for three hours and it takes less you still pay for three. I would suggest booking it for only two then if it takes longer you control how much not Uhaul.

• These guys were extremely polite, careful with our things, fast, and very respectful. We're super thankful for their help and I'd recommend them to anyone. We were moving onto Lackland AFB housing and on the morning of the move, a landscaper broke or back patio window. Last minute, we notified Camouflage Moving and they were able to push our time back a couple of hours till the housing office repaired it. Well... it was WAY longer than a couple of hours and the movers patiently waited outside until the housing office gave the approval. We had them for 2 hours and they moved our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath AND garage gym in less than 2 hours! I couldn't ask for more. Super satisfied and I'd recommend them to anyone!

• There was a glitch in the uhaul app. I tried a diff helper and it didn’t go through. Later in the day I tried again and got this helper. A few hours later I recd a call from the first helper who said it went through. Therefore I decided to go with the first helper. • David the owner and operator in San Antonio , called me to schedule a time to his convenience. Never showed any customer service skills or ethics, David told me to get a chair and wait for him because time I want the moving company I hired to help with my move was not available. As a veteran whom proudly served for the right for Favid to have freedom of speech has turn out to be an unpleasant owner whom does not care for veterans or veteran business here in San Antonio. I am very disappointed, and the last straw was Favid continues to text me asking for my address of residence after I be very disappointed with his service and his business. No veteran should be treated the way David the owner of this business here in San Antonio treated me.

• The 2 mem crew sent to unload 26 foot Uhaul rental were freindly and quick. Thet both worked hard and unloaded this size truck in 2 hour without a break. I highly recommend movinghelper for unloading.

• Changed times all around and didn't inform me. Said they were sending 4 and only sent two. Only worked three hours and didn't fill truck all the way so no i have to go back

• David was great and very helpful. He was able to use his own personal truck while I was able to rent a Uhaul van last minute. We were able to load everything in one trip to make for a very simple move
