  It never takes us an hour to load a 10’ truck. The reason it did is because we took our time. The review says nothing about damages so your upset your job was done to quickly.

• Expensive desk heavily damaged to the point of needing the top replaced if at all possible. Side of the top caved in from being rammed into something. I suspect they knew they did this moving it onto the truck but hid it from us. Head board was scratched and rubbed in multiple places.

• This company sent me a text on Friday and said they would call in the afternoon to make arrangements. They never called. I sent them a text on Monday. They said they would call me in 15 minutes, didn't call. I texted again, they called back. There was a screaming baby in the background, I couldn't even hear the person. She tried to give me a million excuses about how busy she is, and how many kids she has. Well, I need someone to help me and she can't. I wasted 4 days waiting for this company to call back and all they have is reasons why they are unresponsive. I'll find someone else.
