Raymond went above and beyond!! He responded to the appointment request within 10 minutes (on a weekend!), and on unloading day he and Derek was prompt, courteous, and efficient. They safely unloaded a 27-foot truck in two hours, while telling us stories and sharing laughs while working SO hard on a humid day. I loved the ideas they had for our storage space! Plus, Raymond not only sourced us a washer and dryer for sale, but picked it up an hour away AND hauled it back to us the next day! We really appreciated the warm welcome to the area and the help and support that Raymond and Derek were able to provide. I would not hesitate to hire Raymond for any moving assistance in the future!

Our contract was for two men for three hours. Raymond was the only person to show. He worked extremely hard and was able to move all of our furniture and other items. Two workers helped clean out a 10-year old, non-climated controlled storage unit (with all the typical horrors) and treated everything respectfully. Punctual. Respectful. Saved me from a long drive back since they brought their own tools to assist with disconnecting and disassembling. I ordered moving blankets but didn't see any when I picked up the truck with the app(non-business hours). To my delight, Raymond and Jose had blankets on hand. I have attempted to contact this mover 3 times and the NEVER returned my calls! I also tried to call Uhaul on 4 separate occasions to assist in clearing up this matter. After being on hold for 10-15 minutes each time, I would get a recording that states "We're experiencing technical difficulties, please contact us at a later time. " This is the MOST horrible customer service I have ever received. Thanks for making an already stressful situation more stressful. I expect a FULL refund immediately as I have already paid for this service and now have to find another service to book with less than a week out.

These guys were excellent. We worked out a good reschedule same day due to bad weather. These guys worked like a well oiled machine. Each knew what needed to be done and had obviously been working together for some time. I'd hire them again and I recommend them to antone considering a move.

I texted the moving helper last night without reply. I had phone contact with the moving helper just before 8:00 this morning. He said someone called his personal cell at 4:30 this morning and needed to be unloaded today before 2:00 but he would figure it out. I called back at about 10:00 because I had not heard from him and was told he would be on his way in about 10 minutes. After noon, I tried calling without answer. I texted him to just cancel. My schedule requires me to depart mid-afternoon so my wife and I have loaded what we can and are driving a virtually empty 26' U-Haul so I can be at work tomorrow morning.
