• Magda called about 10min after my order was placed to confirm details. Tony, the mover, was amazing. He came with a dolly (which Uhaul forgot to give me). He managed to get everything unloaded and into my condo quickly and efficiently. Very professional.

• We moved with TML a year ago and they fully loaded our truck in 1hr 45min. Since then, we had downsized our stuff, but the truck was only partially loaded after 2 hours and we had to finish it ourselves for about 20 min after. Quality of the work was great I just wasn't sure why it couldn't be done

  Last year we unloaded. When you load, the items are loaded in a certain way so all can fit in the truck & they don’t move & get damaged when driving the truck. It takes up to 50% longer to do that.

  So this client was over an hour late on new year's eve. It was cold and raining hard. there was no elevator booked and for that reason he had to park half a block away. his friends also helped move. We only unloaded and at no point during the move we "broke" a dresser. its unfortunate you are blaming US after all the hard work and patience. Really unfair! ;(

• After an hour of waiting for the crew to show up, I had been informed that they had a medical emergency. They offered to send another crew 30 minutes later, however it will heavily conflict with the truck I have rented for 2 hours in total. I also set a reservation to use the elevators for the time being. I just simply do not see us completing the task within the last 30 minutes of my allocated time with the truck as well as my reservation with the apartment elevators.

As far as payment in US Dollars we have no say in that matter. Moving help collects your money and as far as i know they let you know at checkout time what currency you are paying in.
