It wasn't easy to initially make contact with the service provider. Calls and texts went unanswered. I found their email and sent a contact request, and they finally texted me. On Fri, Jan 5, I offered to reschedule the job for Mon, Jan 8, due to a storm. They chose Mon instead, and we agreed to start that day at 10 AM. They told me they would call me on Sun, Jan 7. I have had no contact from them since Fri, Jan 5. It is now late afternoon on Jan 8, the day they were supposed to do the work.

I had called the helper at his contact number 914-247-7374 on Saturday 7pm and he confirmed the job for Sunday 10:30AM. Asked to wait outside a train station. I waited there for 45 mins, but he did not show up. I called him many times, texted him, also left voice messages but he did not reply at all. This is really unacceptable. I tried contacting the individuals that were supposed to show up to unload my truck . They answered, said someone was in their way, and stated they would call back. 45 minutes went by, and they never called me back. I tried calling, and they didn't answer.I have to return the truck within an hour, so we unloaded it ourselves.
