• I am annoyed that I had to book a minimum of 2 hours and literally from parking the car to when they left, they were here a total of 13 minutes and only moved a dresser and a loveseat. They went out of their way to accommodate my moving needs, and were clear in asking questions or raising concerns. They halted the unload process to show me a bad loading issue.
