• This was a very short notice request to unload a truck as we placed the order around 6 PM for an early morning move the next morning. They were able to accommodate us with a 7 AM start time. They did run about 30 minutes late, which was not an issue for us and they did the job in about an hour. We still had to pay for two hours as that was the minimum. They made the job much easier for us.

• Almost no communication received although I sent frequent text messages, I gave a 24 hour window since i rented a van for that length of time. They were a no show twice, I gave one more chance if they responded by 9am I would hold the van another day, otherwise I would return it. At 10 am they responded... too late. I was not considered a customer since I only needed them for 2 hours. although the actual work would have only taken 15 minutes. The move distance was less than 2 miles. An easy $120 for them, apparently they were not interested enough. I can move these items alone, but can't get them on/off the truck on my own.

Something in the tone of my voice clued him in that two people would be necessary, so he arranged it and called me back to say he'd found another person. They were professional and responsive and took care of business. No drama at all. I recommend them.

• Calvin was great. He was polite, and he did not even complain when unloading, we got caught in a downpour. It was like a mini hurricane that no one told us about! I was trying to put some shelves together to put the boxes on, while he was unloading the truck & I got stuck. Two different sets of black shelves. He figured out the problem. Thank God for him. My Mom & I were exhausted physically & mentally from packing for weeks & buying a house. He was a breath of fresh air. I would recommend him to anyone! Thanks for saving the day! • Booked this mover days ago after having issues yet again with another mover I attempted to hire using your website. I hadn't heard from them as of yesterday so I reached out at 12:30 PM. I heard nothing back until a text message at 1:19 AM saying their employee had COVID and would not be able to complete this job. The text message was complete bullshit and this is 3 out of 4 jobs booked through your website that have been cancelled on me on a 60 day window. You guys need to get a handle on your hired help, this is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

• Great communication before move and day of move. Called to discuss availability and they were able to meet my schedule, but also flexible in case I had issues getting truck.. They called me the day before to verify time. Asked that I text when on way to get truck and if I had any problems. Indicated if delay in getting truck they would be able to be flexible. When I texted I was getting truck, they acknowledged they were ready and on way. Texted when I picked up truck and all good, they texted back and were at house right after. Quickly moved items from house and loaded truck. Followed my wife's directions (and redirections) and got everything loaded up with no damage. Brought moving equipment and got job done quickly and efficiently. If need arises, will definitely schedule with them again. Hope the help I get unloading in Carolina does as well as this team.

• These guys worked very hard to finish a job. They had good communication and came on time. One thing that they did not do a good that they did not read the labels before stacking up the boxes. They placed the boxes upside down and mixed up my item, putting heavy boxes on the fragile boxes, breaking
