We had to postpone by a couple of days because of hurricane Idalia and Randy was totally understanding. Then on the day to unload he was running a little late because of the previous job. He reached out to me to let me know that he was running late and that he would bring an extra guy free of charge to help make up time lost. His crew and himself could not have been more professional they made sure that everything was completely done before they left. Took very good care of our house and worked super hard. This situation really pissed me off. I scheduled moving help with Rre Deliveries in Gainesville, Fl. They called and scheduled with me. I needed to change my moving date, so I called them and they agreed to a new date and time. I contacted my local UHaul facility to ask if I needed to also change the order online, and they told me no, that UHaul doesn't contact the movers, that I just talk to them. Great. I don't know how your booking system works, but after I rescheduled WITH THEIR BUSINESS OWNER, he calls me the day before to cancel, because your system scheduled someone else for our agreed upon time. I asked him to contact either UHaul or Moving Helper to fix the situation and he ABSOLUTELY REFUSED. I'm moving TOMORROW and this is terrible customer service and prioritizing.
