• The two movers arrived promptly at the agreed time. They were very swift and efficient. They had their own straps (which were better than mine) and tools when they were needed to disassemble a day bed in order to move it down a flight of stairs. I would definitely hire them again.

• The guys were running a little behind but they kept in touch with me so that I was aware of what was going on. They did an awesome job of unloading the U boxes. They were very careful with my belongings and made sure to ask where I wanted stuff placed. I definitely give these guys five stars!

• The crew was on time and ready to unload as soon as they arrived. We had a 20 ft truck filled to the top with a 2 bedroom condo worth of stuff including 2 refrigerators, 2 beds, dressers, washer dryer and an elliptical. They made quick work of the unloading and began moving the appliances around including removing the old appliances the previous owners left us so that our new appliances could be installed by me at a later time. The guys were courteous and friendly, they asked where we wanted things to be placed in the house and were always careful to unload and not damage anything. Any damage they noticed from the packing was brought to my attention before unloading so it could be documented if needed. I will definitely be using Pack it tight moving again in the future.

• I contacted the mover on Friday to reschedule for October 4. I confirmed the schedule for the fourth but was not told I had to reschedule it through movinghelp.com. I have talk to the mover and he wants me to pay cash and cancel the reservation. I want to know how I can get a refund because I need the movers on October 4 not the third. Can somebody please call me and help me with the situation and get me a refund?

• The moving helper is out of the local area. Their location was not available when I selected their company. It would basically cost them just as much to travel as they would have earned on the job. Please fix your website. I was unable to pay additional travel fees to the moving helpers to compensate for their costs to travel to my town. Now I have paid for a truck that I will not be using and am out that money ... as well as the wasted day I took off from work. The moving helpers were very polite when they contacted me. I am very dissatisfied with the uhaul website.

• I was unable to receive communication back from the moving helper, Pack It Tight, after repeated tries. I am on a very tight timeline and have a very specific time frame for moving - I asked them to respond back to my detailed text message where I outlined the addresses and timeframe, and they did not respond despite at least 5 tries. I felt a complete lack of confidence in this company, and had to reach out to several friends to pitch in and help me move at very short notice. I was able to get a few friends to help provide the labor, therefore I don't need to hire professional movers.

• I moved today and was blown away by the help I got. These guys showed up and powered through my loaded 15 ft uhaul in no time. I think it was close to 100 degrees, ibut that didn't slow them down.
