• I booked moving help for 4/17 on 3/29. It is 4/15 and have not been contacted despite calling and emailing numerous times. UHaul even reached out to give them an urgent notification and still no response. Communication is all that is required - if you are unable to complete the job for one reason or another, just tell the customer. Do not leave them waiting.

• This is a 2 man operation company so communication will be delayed. I found this out as 6 days went by since booking them, I emailed, called and texted them to confirm my move with no reply. I ended up canceling the reservation at first because I needed to ensure movers were coming and I still had not heard from them 48 hours before my move. Wouldn’t you know, as soon as I cancel— they emailed me to confirm. Decided to rebook, they were very communicative during the move, polite and did an amazing job packing the truck. Zero damage to any of our stuff, really impressed. Unfortunately even in the allotted time we booked they weren’t able to finish the move, which was fine as they still offered to return and finish if their next job wasn’t too long. We ended up just finishing it ourself and messaged back with again, zero reply. I still would hire them again mostly for their expertise in packing and making sure items were safe. Just know that communication could be limited, at best.

• MUV Relocation had me a bit nervous, as I did not have a confirmed unload time until the day before and was already on the road with my moving truck. However, they did a great job getting my stuff off the truck and into storage. The storage unit was literally full - tight fit, but they made it work and did so in a reasonable amount of time. Wanted to hire them again to get me out of storage and into my house, but they did not get back to me with availability for that later portion of my move.

• I mentioned in the previous review that Hector and Stephania were willing to accommodate specific requests for the placement of my belongings into 2 storage units. This made their work much harder I am sure. I was very anxious because my furnishing were severely damaged in a previous move. I am very thankful for their patience and care during this move. I do not think anything was damaged! They will be helping me when I move into my apartment in a few weeks!

• Hector and Stephania willingly accommodated specific requests about the placement of my belongings into 2 storage units. I was very anxious because many of my furnishings were severely damaged in a previous move. They were especially careful, and I do not think anything was damaged. That in itself is an amazing accomplishment. They will be assisting me with my move into my apartment in a few weeks, and I am so grateful that I found them!

• Hector is very professional and kind. I messed up my scheduled moving date and he helped me find a new time asap. The crew was also amazing - very polite and kind. They worked quickly and with care. While handling my antique furniture, including stairs with tight corners and low ceilings, they were cautious and got them inside in perfect condition. I was super impressed and would hire them again.

• They broke my items when I wasn't looking. I guided most of the move but towards the end when I turned away they rough-handled the remaining items, I had to throw away 2 tables and my shredder because of how they jammed it in. I wouldn't use them again

• Scheduled movers for the afternoon for 3 hours, was called at 11am and told they only have time to help us in the next half hour. They were there at our apartment for 3 hours and took at least an hour break during the move. I understand it was lunch time, but we found ourselves wondering where they were frequently. While only moving the large items and very few boxes to the truck, leaving us with over 50 boxes left plus extra small items. I had to schedule another team of movers to help us finish loading the truck. I have hired numerous movers and have never not had the job completed. Would not recommend this company if you want all your items loaded in the truck or apartment (if moving in).

  Hi Marissa! We are sorry to hear your experience was under standards. We were unable to coordinate a time with you until the day of your move as a result of you having only booked the move the evening prior! (Only approximately 19 hours before the move time). The crew also never took a lunch break and only snacked throughout the job so as not to lose momentum while loading. Regarding the inventory situation, we made absolutely sure to check that everything that needed to be moved was moved before we left. You had assured that we had done everything within our abilities as a result of almost half of your belongings not being packed, and you verified that we had taken everything that you would needed from us. Most typical third floor stair moves are estimated between 4 to 5 hours to load with a 2 person crew, however you only requested 3 hours. • Movers worked hard, but told me 20m before they were 1-2h late and d/n move efficiently. I moved 2x recently w/ more stuff in less than 2h, but they only finished 3/4. Would use other movers next time
