Paid for 4 hours. The guys wanted to be done after 2. When they first got there they asked what they were moving and said only big stuff. The truck as not packed good at all, which resulted in having to make more trips. And do it ourself. Very disappointed. We used them before and had much better service

We offered use of our straps, dollies, and two wheeler. The movers did not accept any of the equipment, and as a result they damaged our dining room furniture and our dryer. If you want to move fast, these are your guys. If you want to move right, look elsewhere.

During the move they weren't fast enough they took their time and didn't know how to pack a truck. The movers were young and lacked experience. Last year (forgot name of company) the men were fast and efficient but the communication was poor but they didn't waste my my money.

1. Was told movers would arrive between 8:30-9:00 when confirm day before the move a. Got a call at 9:20 that they had a no-call no-show and were finding a replacement b. Called back just before 10 saying that they had found the guy, his phone was dead, but they are on the way. Told they’d be there in 30 minutes or less c. Got called at 10:30 that they are in route and on the way, should be there soon. d. The movers arrived at 11:30 2. Of the 2 that arrived one had been working for 3 months and the other was his first day. 3. The first day guy kept sliding furniture on the hard wood floors even when I asked him not to and I now have deep scratches everywhere 4. Same guy slid my $800 dresser down the stairs and a support leg snapped off a. After that snapped off he started to carry it then, but then tipped to the slide and dropped it digging into the wall, the baseboard, and chipping a piece off the front of the dresser. 5. It was a huge inconvenience as movers never showed up. I was informed through the company that the movers were arrested which is very unprofessional! Not sure what kind of people this company hires. More less to tell the customer that they were arrested! I never proved a confirmation code therefore, do not know why I was charged for these services. I was informed that I would be refunded and have not yet been. I am thoroughly not impressed!
