• Received a confirmation call the night before, the guys showed up promptly and were very professional and helpful from wrapping some fragile items to loading the truck like true pros. We didn’t worry about anything and having moved many times, peace of mind is the most wonderful thing!

• I can’t recommend Wildcat Moving and Labor enough!! This was the second time I used them and I had such a good experience each time! They arrived on time and got right to work getting my stuff out of the uhaul and into my third floor apartment. They even told me to just sit back and let them handle things when I was trying to help. Definitely book them for all of your moving needs!

• Mover Aarón determined iPod was too small for amount to be moved from storage. However once the uhaul truck was unloaded into iPod then it was obvious there was much more room available, so another trip in uhaul truck to Life storage and reload all remaining items. Since only 30 minutes left in the 2 hour contract, they did not have time to go to upod location and unload. Which left me, an 80 year old woman, to unload. Movers had a free half hour of work time. Both men were pleasant but Aaron made an erroneous decision that caused more work for me.

• The office staff and the Boots on the Ground team did a really good job! I got a bit frustrated because I had trouble retrieving the Payment Code via Uhaul or MovingHelp websites so they could receive their pay but that was NOT caused by Wildcat! They were patient and worked with me to git-r-done. I know the actual loading and unloading were a small job for y'all but your help was much needed and appreciated. I would definitely use this team again!

• Wildcat Moving and Labor are more than Awesome! They are my Superheroes! This here is the best moving help company in Tucson, AZ! Joshua was very helpful and professional and made me laugh. His assistant, was the best hearing impaired CAPABLE PERSON I have ever met! He packed us so neat and tight. I'm not worried about none of our stuff on our moving trip back home! We got a long 15 hour ride and I can truly say I'm very proud of their work and customer service! They called ahead to confirm. They texted to make sure we were here on appointment day and even moved our time slot up early for us! SUPER DUPER AWESOME GUYS! THANK YOU WILDCAT MOVERS JOSHUA AND ASSISTANT! • Communication was difficult with both of our movers being deaf and I wasn’t aware that would be the case. I would recommend in the future having one mover that people can speak with. Communication prior to the move was excellent. Overall the conditions were hot, we have stairs and it was tiring work but they were friendly and we got the job done. Thank you!

• Wildcat Moving and Labor were AMAZING! I scheduled them 2 days out and they called within about 3 hours to confirm the details. Then the day before they called again confirming with me and gave me the names of my movers and confirmed a start time. They both showed up promptly at 1000 and got right to work. They were so fast and efficient it only took them about an hour to move all of my daughters belongings and load them up into our rented U-Haul trailer. That’s right guys, they loaded up a 1 Bedroom apartment into a 6X12 U-Haul trailer in about an hour and it was packed completely full! Well worth the money paid for sure! Thank you!

• The guys were friendly and hardworking, but the fact that they were both deaf made it extremely difficult to communicate with them. Things had to be positioned a certain way to fit in the storage unit. I ended up staying for an hour after they left to rearrange things in the unit on my own — although that was difficult, it was easier than trying to communicate to them where things needed to be positioned.

  I will not apologize for the fact that the extremely experienced and professional movers you had were deaf. It is always best and easier to let the professionals handle and arrange the storage units. They have years of experience. I would suggest in the future to take the time to not judge someone by their handicap and work on communication.
