Tony was a life saver! My family moved from Ontario to St.John’s NL . We got in at 315 pm and I started to unload the truck by myself by 545 , after travelling for a few days my body was done. we put in a request for help! Tony came that night at 9pm to help unload and we finished at 11pm! It was greatly appreciated and his service was truly amazing!! I would use Tony again!

Tony was amazing - the best service provider in our move by a good measure. We had to change our move date at the last minute and he was incredibly accommodating. They moved all our furniture through tricky doorways, up and down stairs, being careful of both furniture and walls, got everything we asked them to do with no wasted time, and were excellent company throughout. Tony and Terry were absolutely outstanding! Some other movers from a different company had cancelled on me the day of my move and I was absolutely distraught. Tony was absolutely lovely to deal with and put me at ease right away. He went above and beyond to ensure the whole process was smooth from load to unload. The two of them took great care handling my belongings and were lovely conversationalists too! Great work overall! Showed up early, worked hard, no damage and really helped out a lot with loading up and securing things within our U-Haul. Great communication leading up to the trip with tips about tie downs, adjusted the time for us as well. Highly recommend!

The movers were extremely amazing. The U-Haul box with my stuff was delayed (not related to their service), and the movers rescheduled last minute to accomodate when it would arrive. I was very impressed with their communication and ability to be flexible. They were efficient at moving all my stuff into the house and putting it where I needed it. They were also careful with my fragile items. I was very pleased with their service and I highly recommend them!

Tony and his employee where incredible! They packed the truck tight and even helped move some extra furniture outside. The were professional, clean and courteous. I would highly recommend The Help Truck and Tony.

The guys were great but we were really disappointed when we realized the costs were in USD. It was very misleading and should be changed to reflect the cost in CAD. It is an American company but I was ordering g a service in Canada so I should have been shown the charges in CAD.
