• Mover broke a piece of my closet and just casually handed the broken piece to my wife like it was nothing. I addressed the issue and the mover stated ‘it was not built properly’. It was very clear the mover was applying a lot of pressure on the weak part of the closet, the thin long wood piece between drawers, which was the part that broke.

  The droor was put together improperly. It fell apart soon as we picked it up from the bottom. When dealing with ikea furniture you have to make sure everything is screwed on tight or else things like this will happen.

• I appreciate that the movers were able to accommodate me with less than a week notice! However, they were over 40 minutes late. Some of my items were broken prior to unloading the truck. They also would not accommodate having another item moved and informed me that our time was up and they needed to go. There was no flexibility after already being delayed. I was disappointed even tho I still tipped them.

  You were notified two hours in advance our ETA you said no problem. No damages were mentioned when we were on site. All we did was load. We are not responsible for what the next company did to your items on the other end. You had no blankets for your items nor tie downs. We only provide tie downs when our team is both loading and unloading.Your truck was fully loaded by us and we stayed for two hours straight which is what you requested. If you wanted more hours we would stay but you only wanted two hours of help. Just because we did not help you with something extra that was not apart of the job description, does not justify you giving an inaccurate review. Thanks.

• I reached out 12 days ago asking for proof of insurance, as my apartment building requires it. I followed up multiple times by text and call, and left multiple voicemails. The person who contacted me has read receipts, so I know he has read my texts. Calls go straight to voicemail. I feel I have to cancel, because it appears they will not show or provide insurance.

• Expert Movers was supposed to be at my apartment on Saturday, June 15th at 12pm. They called me at 2:30pm to tell me they were not coming by at all. I had to move my entire apartment by myself. I want you to refund the charge for additional mileage that I had to pay and bill it to them. • Just TWO DAYS BEFORE SERVICE, Expert Movers broke my existing reservation and asked me to cancel my reservation. I made my reservation on May 15, and called them to confirm the service time. Via text message I indicated that my available time for me is 9:00am, May 27. I indicated on my online reservation that I'm available anytime because it was before I reserve my truck rental. And what is important is that the Expert Movers said they were okay by then, and confirmed it on May 16. However, Expert Movers suddenly found another customer a week after my reservation, paying higher than me on the same day of my service, so they double-booked on my service time, and then asked me to change my service time or either cancel it. • Requesting to cancel service. per the receipt i printed out, the total charge to my credit card would be 110.95. upon checking my account $137.59 has been taken out of my account. I would like to cancel as i now do not feel comfortable or safe authorizing an amount and more than what i authorized coming out of my account.
