• Nick and Rob did a great job moving some antiques from the second floor of an old farmhouse. They worked methodically and very carefully and I couldn’t have been more pleased. • They were more than an hour late for their scheduled time. They were going to the wrong location. They did not have the right information about what we needed. And when they attempted to reach out to a supervisor, their calls were ignored. I had to Leave messages for the person. They did the work, however, they were not professional acting. Overall not impressed.

• Solid experience. Movers got in and got out within the time needed. They made a point to get the most out of the space in our Uhaul and handled fragile items with care. They were the best priced service and did NOT sacrifice quality. Go ahead and book them for your next move.

• They got there late then took there time getting the job done. They had no equipment to help them do the job. Took alot of breaks had to leave for 1 hour for a family issue. Took an extra hour to get to the unload location. Cost me an extra days rental as well as 4 + additional hours costing 120.00 each hour and had to pay them venmo. Would not recommend this company to anyone. We only has a 2 bedroom, couch, and a few kitchen boxes.

• Mover was an hour late and showed up with his girlfriend who was not a mover. We ended up doing half the move ourselves because it was taking them so long. Then, he asked me for the payment code and lied and said the truck was empty and took off. It was not. We moved for another 30 mins. They also disappeared for 1.5 hours mid on their way to the house we were moving to (5 min drive away) and said they got lost and needed to get gas. I am pregnant and really needed a stress free move. I would like a refund, this was such a horrible experience.

• It would have been nice to receive calls back within 24 hours rather than me having to call a 2nd time 2-3 days later. Also, it would have been better if you'd arrived at the address upon time rather than 1+ hour late (You do get some credit for texting that you'd be late). Once you got here, you were both hard workers on a hot and humid day! You were careful with my mother's furniture and boxes. Thank you!

• I had a really good experience. I booked the movers only a day in advance the day before the 4th of July, so I was pleasantly surprised that any movers were available at all with such short notice. Pete and Isaiah were my movers and they were excellent with communication setting up the moving day and on the actual moving day. Pete and Isaiah both went above and beyond to make storage work in the 10' Uhaul I rented. They were both really accomdating with the 1 hour extension to finish doing the job. I'd definitely recommend Pete and Isaiah again!!

• I’ve never used UHAUL for movers. I will again. I would not use Rocket Movers again. The boss had good communication. I would maybe use them if he or other movers did the job. The two that came were young, kind, grateful, personable and strong. They were not professional though. They were late, stopped to smoke, stopped for a coffee, and left right at 2 hours. I don’t want to pay for coffee and smoke breaks, especially when they are already 2 hours late. They sweat all over the furniture, tracked mud all through, and everything is dinged up. I hope I helped two young kids learn and get experience. My husband ended up doing most of the moving though.

• Being at the end of the day on a holiday weekend the arrived about an hour later than scheduled. However they kept us informed of Thier arrival time multiple times during that hour. They arrived and had the job done with 30 min to spare because of great communication and hard work.

• Movers arrived 3 hours after the agreed upon time. They were fine and efficient once they arrived but their manager should have been in better communication and if the arrival time wasn’t going to be anywhere close to what they said. Just say that instead of sending ‘be there soon,’ ‘we’re on our way,’ type of messages. I would not use them again due to not keeping the appointment time even within a hour of it and crappy sense of time of arrival-being told multiple times they were on the way. Nice guys but management needs some improvement.

• Communication was iffy. Movers came four hours after initial agreed upon time, and I had to keep initiating communication. Once they arrived they were great, worked very hard, were friendly, efficient, handled our belongings well. I tipped in cash so that's why I'm not adding a tip here...

• The guys were great. It was an easy efficient move and they stacked everything neatly inside the apartment and handled our belongings with care. I might have docked a star (I didn't) simply because they were running late because the previous job ran over. They were about 30 minutes late which isn't that big of a deal if you're sitting at home waiting, but we were waiting at the U-haul storage facility and we had tons to do that day. I would have appreciated a heads up sooner than 5 minutes before their scheduled arrival time. Just could have gone and done something else other than sitting in the parking lot. Other than that, it was 5 stars across the board.

• Rob is an AMAZING human being!!! He and his employee, Pete, did a FANTASTIC job unpacking the truck and moving & setting up everything in my new place! They were so patient, kind, and strategic with my move! They worked continuously all night to ensure that the furniture was set up to my satisfaction and ready to go in my new home, even though Rob had another shift starting a couple hours later! Rob's dedication and compassion for his customers really shines through. This was hands-down the BEST moving experience I've ever had. I'm SO happy I found him on MovingHelp! I truly appreciated all their hard work, their patience with me as some unexpected logistical issues unfolded along the way, and kindness. Rob and Pete are exceptional human beings overall--I sure wish more people were as kind as they are! • The person I spoke to was very polite and great to work with. The guys who loaded for me were polite and very quick. It wasn't until we unloaded our things that we noticed how poorly they were packed. There are foot prints all over the top of my bureau. They walked on it!! I'm going to have to sand it to get them out. There were heavy boxes on top of boxes marked fragile. 2 lamps were broken due to the poor loading job. Like I said, the guys were very nice. They were just very sloppy with their job. I will not be tipping. I need to buy new lamps and fix my bureau.

• The movers, Kenny and Will, were exceptional in their efficiency, politeness, strength, and flexibility with the situation. I thought since it was a moving company the personnel would have a van so I was surprised that they came in their own small vehicle with no additional devices. In the end though the job got done and they were fantastic! Cash tip was provided to each individual.

• I had asked for movers to come at 4:30 pm on 9/1 which they agreed to. Later they had said that they are running late by an hour and finally showed up at 7pm. All they did was evaluated what needs to be loaded and moved a file cabinet and a chair. While I was arranging the rest of the items to be loaded, I saw them racing away in their car. So, they showed up 2.5 hours late and abandoned me in 3 minutes.
