• Not a bad service. They packed the truck pretty well for a cross country move. They weren't the most professional though and didn't carry themselves too well. Using a dolley to go down the stairs was very loud for the neighbors. For 2 hours and $200, it took 1 hr and don't believe the service was worth $200 per hr. Professionalism in language probably would change my opinion.

• Sergio and Michael were superb! They were early to the location and were very prompt and speedy but extremely careful with all my belongings during each trip. I was surprise at how strong and capable they were. For two guys to swiftly move 15+shelves along with the other heavy duties furniture under 45 mins was impressive. They were polite and quick witted. It been a great experience and definitely will be reaching out during the future moves. I will also recommend them to my neighbors and friends. They deserve more than what was paid for their times and efficiency.

• Junior and James literally lightened our load! They were terrific and unloaded a partial load from a 10' U-Haul truck with family heirlooms from my MIL's condo. They were efficient, hard-working, and courteous. They arrived later than scheduled, due to a job that went longer than estimated (which happens in this line of work on a platform like this). Since we had an afternoon appointment and scheduled our job with only24-hours notice, we planned to be flexible. We were delighted that Less Task could accommodate us, and we greatly appreciate their service. Sergio was our point-of-contact, and his communications were terrific! I highly recommend them!

• James and Mohammed were a wonderful duo. They arrived in time and prepared with their own equipment which made the job easier than expected. They were both knowledgeable on how to best protect the furniture as well as transporting it from the condo to the vehicle. They were very friendly as well. • The team worked hard and were very efficient. My building is annoying to navigate but they had my truck loaded in no time. They could’ve been a little bit more careful in the loading process (my mattress and floor lamp got slightly damaged as they hadn’t been secured properly). However, overall great service and most of my things are in perfect condition. Thank you!

• A great experience with our 3 movers for unloading a 16 ft truck to take to our sons 12th floor apt with a freight elevator avail. The movers called in time and arrived on time and completed the job before the 2 hours we had them for, AMAZING movers. James, Mohammed, and Marvin were so professional, polite, and very efficient. I would highly recommend these guys and please remember to tip the movers as they deserve it. Its a a hard job that they do.

• Movers were 3 hours late which affected my return on truck rental (U-Haul office was understanding with truck rental and were able to accommodate changes). Movers did help set up my bed at end of move and were efficient with loading and unloading items from old residence to truck and then from truck by new residence.

• They were high, smelled like weed, caused $250 damage to my hallway which I had to pay, and severely damaged a $2500 pottery barn dresser which I paid $100 to have someone try to fix, and stretched an irreplaceable oil painting. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I gave them $100 tip before I got to the other end of my move and we surveyed the damage they had done. I would like a full refund including tip and damage in hall that landlord had to fix paid for.

• Booked for 3 people and only 2 people showed up. Still gave a good rating because they guys who helped me move were great but I had to do a lot more work than expecting. Instead of changing the code when they found out the 3rd person wasn't coming I was still billed for 3 people and got a partial refund via venmo.

• After getting in last night at 11:30pm the thought of unloading the (2) 26 foot trucks we had was a depressing thought. I called Last minute, They arrived an hour later and unloaded an entire truck!
