I tried in several occasions to contact the company. Moving is already very stressful, I couldn't take the chance whether they would show up or not. I am disappointed that UHaul gave me the option of choosing them. I am hoping I may be able to find someone else.

The first time I called, the guy told me he would call me back in order to confirm the availability. He never called back. I tried to call them several times and every times, there was a message saying that my call was transferred to a voicemail that have never been initialized. There was no way to event leave a message. These guys are not professionals but students who are on summer jobs. I had scheduled my moving 1 month before the date but 4 days before the day, U-Haul changed the hour that I can get the truck. So I needed to re-plan my moving. Since three days I am trying to contact the movers but no luck. Their phone is turned off and they don't answer the text messages. Now I think I wouldn't rely on these guys with my moving.

NO!The moving helpers had already left when we arrived at the location as we were delayed by traffic. My daughter trustingly gave them the payment code when she phoned them to schedule the job. O HRS

We do apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. You daughter asked us to send the movers at 6pm. the movers waited at your house from 6pm till 8:15pm no one showed up or called till 8:15pm
