Lift-Off was phenomenal to say the least. They were the most reliable pair, and we can't thank them enough for getting us through our move. I booked the service well in advance. Told them all the items in detail and confirmed via email all of their queries. However on the day of move they came late (previous booking had issue). Then requested for more people and time. Even though I was ready to pay more for any deficit, they didnt get enough people and left the stuff in garage during unload. Wasnt happy with the situation. They were all brute force with no technique. I booked another service next day and these guys came with shrink wrap and restraining straps, made easy work of everything these guys huffed and puffed around for (3 hours the next team even assembled all my beds and tables for me). Wont recommend them for big moves.

Unfortunately your review is unfair to our team and our service Despite our best efforts explaining that its the customers responsibility to book the suitable number of hours for their move and providing the appropriate tools not that we needed any you were still unsatisfied due to a miscalculation on your end for the appropriate resources Nevertheless the team put forth their best efforts to assist you by bringing additional help and staying longer to unload the remaining items from the truck in the garage with the agreement that you would find movers to complete the remaining items the following day and we stayed longer to ensure the items were all offloaded from the truck so you can return it going over our hours We have completed your booking plus more and our team offers exceptional service in big moves but we have to account for it accordingly Your expectation was to fill a 15f and finish in 3 hours with 2 movers but the reality was 2 trips 26f with 3 movers and 6-7 hours

Hi Joey, please note that movinghelp rates are in USD not CAD. This was clearly stated during the booking and through the receipt after the booking. When the transaction went through it was converted to CDN, so the charge you've paid is based on the exchange rate that day. We have no intentions of charging our clients fees behind their back or hide any of our cost. In fact, we don't deal with any of the billing and it's all done through U-Haul. Same rule applies to all moving helpers not just us. Thank you for understanding.
