  Hi Nick, Thank you for your feedback, we have the knowledge to pack a Ubox, unfortunately when we don't complete the job due to not getting hired to stay until the end is hard to pack ,organize, and when there is a long distance from your apartment to the street with elevator is a time consuming we also help you pack your TV, table. And wrap everything. In 2hrs. I am sorry that you are not satisfied.

• Efrain and his partner was fantastic! They called when I scheduled to confirm and get a clear description of what was expected, he gave me an ETA and committed to it without fail! He called and let me know he was on his way the day of the appointment. The moving was professional, and they cared about my products as if they were their own! They had wonderful attitudes and even asked to assure if we needed anything else! I will rehire them at any date again! I give my full recommendation for anyone who needs help moving! 10 STARS IF THEY WERE AVAILABLE TO GIVE!!! I see why they are rated highly recommended!

• Rff rain and crew went above and beyond to be available when needed. They even waited for me at the site because Penske truck rental was delayed. Once they started working they packed a 25ft truck in just about 2.5 hours. Highly recommended and would absolutely use again.

• Acceptable service overall. However, because they were 4 hours late (thanks to a job earlier in the day, not their fault), it rained while our things were being loaded. Some items not packed as carefully as I would have liked, but we have not yet found anything damaged beyond a minimal amount.
