The movers were awesome!!! They were in constant communication and loaded our 15 foot Uhaul truck with expert precision and care! They treated every piece of furniture like it was their own. I couldn’t believe how much they fit in the truck and in such a short time! They were polite and personable and turned our moving experience into a fun and exciting adventure! I highly recommend this team and will reserve them again if I ever need help moving in AZ!!! Clearly, they enjoy what they do and willingly offered expert tips for a smooth and seamless truck load!!!!! I give this group 10 stars on a scale from 1-5. They truly exceeded my expectations!!!

First I want to say, please get insurance if they are moving you. The owner is great and helps with taking down things but the employees move slow and take forever to position items in a truck. As if they are not paid by the hour. Secondly, they broke a major item and though the owner said he would replace it we never heard back. Two guys and the owner showed up when they said they would. It was late in the afternoon when they arrived and was their last job for the day so they must have been tired, but they worked hard and got it done with time to spare. They brought the right tools for the job and we're super careful with my stuff wrapping everything they could with furniture blankets before strapping it down with the straps they brought with them. Thank you for your review. We would be happy to clarify for you. Your 42 minute drive time from load location to unload location is run as part of the order time. Loading took 1 hour and 35 minutes. Unload took 35 minutes. This makes for 2 hours and 52 minutes on clock. Additionally the unload was not part of the original order (as well we asked if you needed help with the unload prior to sending movers and you responded no) but was still accommodated for upon request. Andrew and Matthew were absolutely phenomenal. A plus plus plus. I would use them again in a heartbeat. 100% trustworthy. Super nice. Go above and beyond. Cannot say enough about their service!

The helpers were very slow and not time effective. It was only a 2-bedroom apartment with not so much furniture. My son-in-law was even helping. They did not finish the job at the appointed time.

Why the bad review? The movers worked non stop to complete the job with going down back side stairs and over gravel. He decided to pack last minute things himself and complimented movers on their time

Move was scheduled at 9:30am movers never called to communicate I had to call each time. They finally showed up at 12:00. Then the owner argued with me about my furniture.Very unprofessional.

We did call to communicate and update you. We had a mover in an accident and had to call replacement last minute. And we asked when you scheduled your move to please empty drawers, which was not done.
