• Nobody LIKES moving but Rick honestly made it such a great start to a moving day. He checked in prior to confirm the start time and was great to communicate with. Him and his team showed up on time and got everything done so quickly and efficiently. I wasn't worried about any movement in the truck as they packed it so well (and nothing broke!). • Rick and Brandon were professional, on time, and know how to move your belongings without damaging any walls or items. I’ve used them in the past when I was rushed to the IWK to deliver my little girl in 2018 and they didn’t disappoint back then and they certainly didn’t disappoint this time either. Great guys, very friendly, patient and great workers!! I recommend them one hundred percent.

• We were moving my senior mother. She had been in her apartment for the last 18 years and she was EXTREMELY please with her move, using Rick and his worker. She wanted to make sure I gave them an excellent review. We could not have been more pleased with the service provided by these 2 guys. Moving from the 4th floor with no elevator made for lots of running up and down the stairs. Phew!!! She gave them the tip on-sight. They were VERY appreciative.

• In my opinion Rick did not plan on how to store the furniture in the u-haul (and I expressed i had alot - he decline to tranport my bedboxes wyhin 2minutes at the appartment). In the end, he left me with those 2 bed frames, large mirror, small mirror, table and my entertainment center pieces for me

• Mover was quite rude. He showed up late and suddenly he said he will not complete the job and left he place. I was stuck with all the stuff in my house. It was very unpleasant experience. Because of his non professionalism I had to hire some body else on the last minute which cost me more money.
