• Travis communicated with me early and often throughout the process leading up to my move and set clear and realistic expectations all along the way. They arrived at the U-Haul facility early and got right to work. They did a great job of unloading my truck and organizing all of my items into my new storage unit and I was able to relax and not have to stress about my long distance move!!! I would recommend Travis and Alpha Movers to anyone looking for experienced and quality movers! I will use them again in the future! I had a great, stress free experience with them!!

• The two guys we had were phenomenal. The power was out in the storage unit we were unloading so they had to work completely in the dark, with no AC. They were still very quick and everything but a small mirror came out in perfect condition. Highly recommend.

• Uhaul and I both said this was a 2 person job that would take 2 hours. A couple days before the move, this company contacted me and said that since we were moving 30 minutes away (figured into the original time) they would charge an extra hour. I did not think I would be able to connect with another company so agreed. The job took exactly two hours, minus a couple minutes even, and they refused to refund my money for that extra hour. My kitchen table was scratched beyond repair, there is a chunk out of the top of a dresser, and they did not know how to fill the Uhaul properly and even left two chairs on the front porch after I had told them twice that they need to also go. I am EXTREMELY displeased with this company. I have rarely left a review for anybody I have ever done business with, but others need to beware of using this company.

• The moving helper sent a text on 29 June letting me know they booked my July 1st slot with someone else. I made the appointment in April and they cancel a day and half before. I was flying from Boston to Illinois on June 30th to assist. This was a 100% unprofessional thing to do and makes me rethink ever using uhaul moving help again.

• I was contacted by the service provider, who requested a description of the items to be moved. After providing this, and some text communication clarifying the addresses of the move, they said that there was a 3-hour minimum for the job. This was higher than my budget would allow. They gave me the option to cancel the order, which I did. There is still, however, a temporary hold on the debit card that I used for the reservation, which I would like to be removed.

• Moving Helpers called me 1 hour before the actual move and told me that they have to cancel it because someone at their end did not show up. It was a nightmare for us. When I told them to refund all my money a person replied by saying "Call Moving help this is who owes you the money. Good luck ! " We were disappointed beyond words and had to pay twice the money to get the help on a such short notice. Also I called your number and no one is ever answering the phone. I waited endlessly, than I thought you would see it in my account that service was scheduled but not completed and you would credit the money to my account but that did not happen either. So I am asking for refund again. My phone is 216-402 5419 if you need to call me.
