• Local Moving Helper claimed that he did not 'block off' the jobs he had confirmed by 5pm. And that this job came in at 8pm and his schedule was not blocked for me. So now I'm stuck. The trailer needs to unloaded, a man was booked, the service was confirmed and the charge was made. There will be a dispute filed with VISA on this job. Now I have to get a friend to help, cause I'm out of time.

• We faced a lot of issue by choosing this moving helper. Initially he has not updated the schedule for his availability and we booked it considering his availability and planned other things accordingly but when we contacted them, he has clearly told us he is not available for at least next 2 days. We don't have much option because of weekend so asked them to deliver it after 2 days as per their availability. They went to Ubox location for picking up my ubox in morning time and UBox facility was having some outage due to which there phone lines was not working so they requested Moving helper to call me to get things sorted out but he didn't reach out to me and left that place. Later we tried to call him multiple times but he didn't picked our phone. So now after passing 3 days we were not able to get delivery of my UBox through them and we need to start again from zero. Beware of choosing this helper.
