  The reason we were an hour late was not because of us, it was because the people of uhaul de Santa Clara did not have your Ubox ready for us, that we arrived on time to pick it up. We had to wait more than an hour for it to be made available to us.

• Moving helper started playing 20 questions about my move. Clearly he had an attitude not wanting to move. Didn’t like the timing, didn’t like the location, insisted upon driving his own vehicle, insisted he had other jobs and had to be complete with mine by noon to take another job by 1pm. Then moving contact gives me attitude and tells me he has to follow regulations. It’s all nonsense. I signed up for the minimum because that’s all the site would give me. I knew if I went over the minimum, I would be paying extra. Your moving contact is illiterate and kept texting over a period of two days. I chose Primetime because you had the best reviews. Clearly your reviews are bogus and so is your help. Honestly, you think this is the first time I’ve ever hired moving help?? Your company and your employee’s do not live up to your reputation and I will not deal with the stupidity of idiotic helpers. • I only needed to move one heavy table. They indicated that they have a four person 2 hr minimum. They said our job is outside of their requirements to take and would also be outside of our requirements for pricing.   We have no control over the shipping of U Boxes so if damages occured during the shipping, it was not by us. I am confused, because you even gave us compliments while watching us work. Doesn't add up.
