The movers arrived 35 minutes late. We moved 40 boxes during that time. The two contact numbers that I had led to voicemail without any response. I already tipped them $20 each, when I really should not have. Aside from this, they were helpful during the move.

I contacted the company a week before to schedule the time and they were very responsive. I also wrote them the day before the move and they also confirmed that the time slot worked. On the day of the move, the movers didn't show up. I tried contacting the company, but they responded very slow. Finally the person sent a text back that he was contacting the movers. The mover called me an hour late and asked if he was still needed. I told him to come down and that I would be waiting for him. He never showed up. Very dissatisfied.

Every plastic container was broken when it arrived at the final destination. They were put at the bottom and heavy kitchen boxes were placed on top. Computer monitor was wrapped in blanket covering the back and tape was placed directly on the front glass, which left adhesive on there when removed.

Guys showed up 15 mins on time and finished the loading all the stuff for a 1 bedroom in just 20 mins, super fast! It took them 30 mins to unload as the parking is a bit far, still super fast!!

The help was expected the day before on Sunday July 31st 2016 at noon. I called the contact number of the crew around 12:30pm and they mentioned they had the wrong address. They said they were 20 minutes away from my location but 40 minutes passed and I got nothing. Tried calling them again and then they simply stopped picking up the phone. Then I called the office and they kept telling me to wait as they were trying to reach out to them and kept telling me to wait. By 3 o'clock they decided to tell me that I should get another service. Their first suggestion instead of offering any type of resolution was for me to go and solve the problem myself. I am never hiring this moving service again.

Our movers caused significant dings and scratches to our new home and our furniture. Plaster and paint will need to be repaired. One of them was sick and now we are sick as well. Wouldn't hire again.
