Terrible experience with U-Go Movers. They arrived an hour late, and it took them two extra hours to finish moving. Total of 5 hours and $300 to move a 2-bedroom apartment, ridiculous. They also complained the entire time (while taking frequent smoking breaks), threatened to leave half of my boxes in the Uhaul, and left before the job was completely done. The worst moving experience I have ever had; I wish I could get my money back. Do NOT hire these men!

This people wanted 2 apts full of stuff moved into one apt in 3hrs. With probably more than 100 yards away from the truck in both locations.with extremely heavy stuff such a leather couch, aquariums, heavy plant pots with water still on them. We filled completely a 20ft truck. If anyone is capable of doing that in 3 hrs is supernatural. Moved everything in 6hrs and charged them 2 extra hrs instead of 3 and left them with everything inside their new apt without assembly due to their rushing concern on us. Unconscious young customers. Everything was going well with the move, the guys were hustling to get our stuff out of our 3 bedroom single story house. I paid for 3 hours to load and unload a 26' Uhaul truck. They brought everything we owned and put it outside on the curb then when the house was empty put our items in the truck.

We're professional on the moving business and having yrs of experience loading/unloading trucks for uhaul, all we can say 1st is an apologie even for something that was out of our hands. and 2nd - 3hrs its just barely enough time to only load or unload a 26ft truck, and giving our time after the 3hrs we were hired for granted is a mistake. We we're scheduled to work for someone else after thoee 3hrs. All we could do is work hard for 180mins straight and blame it on no one.. Good luck and god bless us all. Lesson learned for future movings (timewise)????

Things looked good with the packing until I arrived at my destination. That is when I saw several pieces of furniture rubbing on things, making marks, etc, even though plenty of blankets.
