• These 2 men unloaded a 26 foot truck and a 6x12 trailer for me in two different locations and reloaded some items that were returned to storage. They were very organized , structured, and safe. They handled our furniture with tender loving care. Because or their organizational skills, they were fast and efficient. Additionally they were pleasant the entire time and strong lifting the heaviest furniture. THESE GUYS ARE BADD ASS!!! Tip already given.

• They were on time but slow to my experience and took almost 2hrs to load a small 6’12 u haul trailer The guy told us that he doesn’t know how to load stuff in small trailer as he has always done loading in big truck with lot of space etc Which if he had informed us earlier wd have been better for us to select the movers accordingly and didn’t have to redo myself later in evening as they left lot of empty spaces un occupied Also the owner said something rudely to me which I couldn’t understand due to his thick accent he also advised my husband to quit smoking which I also didnt like as this was not his job to tell anyone so better mind his own business next time. In short I wont higher them again in future for these reasons also we paid them tip in cash. I wont recommend them if u have limited space to load the stuff as they will waste your time in reloading the stuff again properly urself.

When I arrived at my final destination, several of my wooden items were scratched from being placed on the floor of the truck despite my ask of the movers to use the moving blankets I provided them. Other than these few scratches, the truck was packed well and efficiently.

• The job was hired out to a different team without prior communication. They did not listen to direction and were not efficient at all. They did not move with any hustle. They did not take good care of our furniture at all. We have moved several times in the past few years and this was one of our worst experiences. Within the first 10 minutes of them being there, one of the workers picked up our theragun and was using it on himself - without even asking. We would not recommend using this company. We were very disappointed in the service provided.

• The mover went so slow that he turned an hour load up into almost 3 hours of my brother-in-law had not helped. He took an hour to do less than half my stuff and then my brother-in-law starts helping him and does more than half my stuff loaded within half an hour. I saw the guy stop and take a call.

• If anything bad could be said it would be that they were a bit slow at times BUT they were carrying large furniture and being cautious to make sure no damage was done, which I'd take any day over fast and furious. Very friendly guys and did a great job. I would use them again.

• I only needed one person to help me move a large recliner, so Addison came alone, and he did the entire job without my help. He was very smart and skilled at moving the chair through narrow doorways.

• I scheduled truck and helpers for 12:00pm on 4/2/16. When I called the number provided at 11:00am to confirm, the Rasta rep told me they could not meet me until approximately 2pm-3pm. I told him that would bot work for me & I would have to make other plans. VERY DISAPPOINTED & WILL CONTACT DISCOVER CARD TO REVERSE CHARGES. When Rasta rep texted me about 3pm to say they were available, the move was completed.
