• HORRIBLE!!!!! After 2 no shows (Jamal, James) 1 cancellation (Cesar) and 90 minutes late r 1 helper (Mike) showed up. He was willing to move but did not want to drive. I ended up driving but Mike was the only worker. the good thing was that he was very fast and hard working. An hour later Alex showed up and left after 20 min. Which made my time crunch even more stressful. I needed to be out of my unit that night to make the storage before 10. By now it's 8pm. I made it by 959pm. I waited at the Uhaul for 90 min before someone came. The owner did not have a sense of urgency to me. He never even called me to confirm the reservation or help. I had to call him. On top of everything I go to set up my tv and it is damaged. I reached out to the owner and no response. This cost me nothing but time, money, and stress!!! I would NEVER EVER use them again!!!!! This is not a real moving co. He basically gets random ppl and pays them what he wants. While you do the rest!

• SOMD Movers are the absolute BEST!!! Trey and his helper got the entire job done under 2 hours. They were very professional and humble young men. • I did schedule last minute same day when I has someone call off. The movers I paid for via MH said they were nearly 2 hours away on another job, but was trying to find me help. A few hours later he found help. Help gave me an ETA an hour. An hour and a half later after I am nearly done he said he was 15 minutes away. I told him I was packing the last trip now and no longer needed services. Then they asked me for the payment code like they did work for me!!! WTH After asking for payment code and I said I give that out once work in done, they asked me to CashApp them money. I ended up doing this myself as I have other things I have to do and waited hours. I just want a full refund. This is the second time I've had no shows this week from MH... *sigh*

• I didn't exactly make the decision to cancel HOWEVER I waited around for 4 hours after I was told the movers would arrive while I was continuously told they were "on the way". Finally, after following up multiple times I was informed the movers quit because it was "too hot outside" and I had to move everything *on my own*. Because of the limited amount of time I had for the truck rental AND to move out it was a HUGE inconvenience. The allotted time for me to use the elevator was coming to a close and I, along with my 58- year-old mother began moving the heavier/larger furniture.
