  • My family is very thankful for Kevin and Rocky. We have uses them 2 times and plan on calling them over again when more furniture arrives. These guys are professionals! I love that they can do pretty much anything from packing to assembly and wall mounting. They both have positive attitudes and handle business.   • Erik Shay’s Comments: On 9/8/2021, Kevin from Pro Relocation Services contacted me to schedule to bring the Ubox to fill up and take back to the Shoreline, WA Uhaul facility At 3:00pm 9/10/2021. On 9/9/2021, Kevin changed our arranged time to 9am 9/12/2021. I called Shoreline and made this work. On 9/12/2021, Kevin picked up the box and took the ferry over and arrived on location. Kevin and his helper proceeded to load the Ubox doing extra work and asking personal questions which didn't seem like a big deal at the time. Everything seemed normal until it was time to sign the paperwork. Kevin proceeded to mention that he would be unable to take the Ubox to Shoreline since it was closed on Sunday 9/12/2021. So he would take it to his house and store it there until the facility was open on Monday. During his explanation was not okay with me or my wife Bernadette he began using gestures and language that both my wife and I took as threats to include that he has lots of guns and potent
