• They are good on communication when they plan to come and when the plan not go as they said. One of them will always not helping much than another. My friend help to move on heavier stuffs than that person. They rush that not going to finished in 2 hours so, i told them that we will take only heavy and big stuff first then in a first round and then I will pick up small stuff after. In the end, they finished earlier about 30 mins which we could load the rest of our stuff. so no tips as a finished earlier time is a price

• This is the worst moving company I have ever experienced and should be removed from the uhaul recommendation website. We booked movers for two hours starting at 930. Only one guy showed up and the other person who was the owner showed up at 1005 Am. They were so inefficient that my husband and I started bringing our things to the main floor of our house so they would not have to walk up and down the stairs. Then when they left we still had a ton of stuff left in our house. We ordered a 26 ft truck and they left us about 7-10ft of space which would not have been enough room for us to load the remaining items. My husband and I spent the next 4 hours unloading and reloading the moving truck from what the movers put in. When called to complain to the company the owner was rude, made excuses about the boxes were too heavy (my husband was able to load them by himself) for two people and eventually hung up on me. WHAT EVER YOU DO. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ITS A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME

  First off we packed everything we could with in the 2 hr time frame we had did all the big items first an nasty dog couches heavy furniture dressers were all packed full of clothing very heavy . She was very rude an racist to me an my partner the whole time . An get complaint is we loaded the truck wrong cause my crew missed a few boxes to put on the attic my worst experience with a customer by far.

Even with the difficulty of finding parking in Chicago and having no elevators to my unit, Tim and Julian were flexible and professional. They moved very quickly and left no damage to the building or my belongings. I am extremely happy and grateful for their help!

He tried to accommodate me but could not find a sufficient amount of time in the day to complete my move and recommended that I cancel the order and book with a different company.
