• The help arrived an hour early which normally should be a good thing. However I scheduled the arrival time for a reason. I am the military and use backwards planning a lot. So them arriving an hour early was not a good thing and the two hour clock starts when they arrive. One helper was in good shape and pulled his weight. The other one had to take more break time than he worked. They both complained about the stairs and said they needed more help. I final got them to agree to help me with the heavy stuff and I would get the rest myself. The were here a little over an hour. And yes I still left them a tip.

• The gentlemen moving me were very polite. However, they did a horrible job packing the truck. I have several pieces of furniture that have scratches and dents in them now most of which could have been mitigated had they used the furniture pads I bought. I bought 12 they used 3 sort of.

  Sir there were 3 movers when you only book for two saving you money and time, guys had to wait for you to get a trailer because truck was to small, and everything was wrapped and handle with care.

• The movers and cleaners were fine. But the movers waited on the cleaners to finish, and apparently dropped them off on the way to the destination. I was charged extra time for both.

  Ms you were not charged extra, the movers helped the cleaners to save time so you wouldnt get charge extra for cleaning and the movers save you money by driving your uhaul free of charge to 3 location
