• Their communication was great with regards to scheduling. I was appreciative of their flexibility as I had to reschedule my move. They showed up on time and worked fast. I hired them for help packing boxes and loading a moving truck. Their expertise seems to be with loading a moving truck more than packing boxes. After opening a box looking for something, I noticed that none of the packing materials I provided were used. I ended up having to repack everything myself. Thankful that I did as many items would have been damaged in the move if I hadn't of caught that. Would recommend more training in this area if they are going to advertise their services to include packing.

• Nice guys but they loaded the truck poorly and this resulted in not everything being moved in the allotted time. I also found they had scratched up several doors and walls when I went back to the original location. They did not mention this.

  We apologize for this but gym equipment is not easy to load as it's very heavy can't put anything on it. We had you walk through at the end didn't mention any scratches on anything.

• We're very grateful for their loading the 20' U-Haul. They did very well and the items arrived in good condition after a 400 miles trip. They knew what they were doing and we were glad for them to 'take charge'. The price was very reasonable. I wondered if our request had been received. After waiting a few days I called them to verify. It would have been nice if they called or emailed to let me know we were scheduled. I'll use them again.

• The crew arrived early and worked non-stop. They unloaded a 26' truck for my parents. All my parents had to do was tell the crew which room to put the items in (or leave in the garage) and the crew moved everything (furniture, boxes, etc) to wear my parents wanted them. B's Care Service has always been top notch for me!

• During the courtesy call the individual sounded as if he was at a party, with people yelling about beer in the background. He said he would be at my location at 9am. He never showed up did not answer any of the multiple phone calls from my number! However once I called from a different phone number he answered in 2 rings. He told me he had lost his phone( that we were speaking on) and that he did not have my address or phone number to get ahold of me! I asked if he was able to make it to his other jobs and he replied yes. Why he chose to ignore me is unknown.

• While I believe they were quick, they did a poor job of packing, resulting in a fair amount of damage to my belongings. When contacted about the damage no one responded. They are pretty negligent.

• I am very very unhappy with this service. I scheduled this moving help 4 or 5 days before my move. I tried calling and calling the mover. Finally in the afternoon before my move I get a call back and he says that he cant do it. That left me with no help less then a day before my move. This makes me very angry. Please refund my money.
