This is my second time using the company. Move went great. They didn't stop working the whole time. Did two full 17 foot loads. Everything was packed very well so nothing shifted on the drive. After I got my Uhaul truck stuck, they even stayed around and tried everything to help me get it unstuck!

They arrived on time, the loading was slow , when they unloaded the refrigerator it did not fit into the kitchen the mover would not take the doors off to get it into the kitchen. I will not use this

I don't know how you can say we was slow.you the one that didn't get a big enough truck an we had to make 2 loads. for the fridge I tried. not risking tearing up ur appliances because it didn't fit

The job was done in about an hour with the help of my husband taking the ties off the furniture and boxes and moving most of the items to the end of the truck.A box was dropped and a drawer damaged.

Your husband was not asked to do anything nor did he have to. There is a 2 hour minimum. And there was no damage to any drawers when we left. Your husband inspected them

The helper confirmed the job this morning and at 11 pm contacted me via email saying they're booked up and he "guesses" he'll do the job himself with his wife and if there is someone else that could help him with the heavy stuff. Very unprofessional.

Eric was extremely knowledgeable. They arrived with harnesses for lifting. His helper was very nice but not as strong and struggled slightly with larger items. Both worked diligently.

I was late due to a accident on rt 50 outside of athens coming back from my 1st job of the day. I called an explained and you said it was fine anyways because you didn't get the uhaul on time.
