  customer was ok with one mover as she stated she did not have that much stuff at all.. an hour into the job, I called and checked on customer, she again expressed her happiness. Nothing damaged.

• They were on time, did the work, communicated to the wrong person that they were at their 2 hour mark which cost me an extra $55 for 5 minutes over. No receipt for the cash payment.

  Our guys showed up 30 minutes before the time scheduled. Customer was informed by the guys of the 35 minutes overtime, which our policy states that cust is to pay for an additional hour.
