• Fantastic experience! Caesar kept me updated as times shifted for my UBox delivery. He and Christian fit so much of our belongings in the first box, we were able to add much more to the second box than expected and didn't even need the third box which saved us a ton of money overall since we're shipping our boxes across the country. Christian worked tireless with a friendly and professional demeanor. I would recommend them to anyone!

• I'm sure my experience was out of the norm since this company has so many great reviews. Alot of my things were damaged and when I inquired as to why, I was responded to with attitude and rudeness. The way things were stacked and secured in the trailer caused damage to many of my items. When I told them my expensive refrigerator was damaged on all sides I was told I should have treated it as an expensive refrigerator. Actually, that's what I paid your company to do. To pack my things in the trailer for safe transport. Very disappointed with the end product and the lack of professionalism at the end of our transaction.

  Thank you for your feedback. Before we started your job I had let you know we don't provide any packing materials (no tape, no blankets, etc) and you were still packing boxes when we showed up. You also didn't order enough time or guys for your move. We did the best with the bare minimum you provided. If you wanted everything wrapped you shouldve rented blankets and bought more packing material especially when you wanted us to make everything fit under 15ft in your shipping container when you had a full 26ft uhaul. If more guys, time, and packing materials were ordered we would have protected your items how you wanted.

• Poor communication! After numerous attempts at contacting the mover directly, only after an "Urgent Please Contact" email sent from Moving Help Support did the mover finally call back. Even after contact was made, mover seemed uncertain that they would be able to fit the move into their schedule even though the move was scheduled and already paid for on the Moving Help website. I've used Moving Help a handful of times and this has easily been the worst and most frustrating of my experiences.
