Had a great experience with LCJ's Family Movers! Lindsey was super communicative the whole time, even when we had issues with the facility incorrectly not having the box scheduled for being picked up. She helped me figure out who to contact, what to say to get them to pull the box, and they waited hours for them to pull it, with no complaints even though they had driven from far away to get there. Once they arrived at our place with the Ubox, Steve and Justin worked so hard to unload our Ubox quickly and efficiently, despite extreme heat and 15 steps to get into our house. They went the extra mile to move a very heavy piano safely into our house, with Lindsey helping. Really nice hard working folks who moved everything wherever carefully and with no complaints. Would absolutely go with them to move again anytime!

This was an absolutely terrible experience. I asked the movers to show up between 12:00 and 12:30. They called me day of and said they’d be late (around 1pm). At 1pm they still hadn’t arrived. The moving company representative that I spoke to kept telling me they should be close. When I asked for an estimate, she would not tell me. I called around 1:20 to cancel because I had already moved almost everything out of the uhaul because they were so late and likely wouldn’t arrive when there was any work to be done.

My guys offered to take the couch over the balcony out back and you refused. The hole was only there because you told them to take it down the stairs and they told you it didnt fit. The movers worked hard. They were very polite. We had a problem because the sofa was too big and they couldn't get it into the apartment, but it wasn't their fault.

This group of two men and a woman moved a 5 bedroom house, loaded and unload in 6 hours with a one hour drive to the new home. You can not find better worker's Thank you L!!!!!!!!

Lindsay from L.C.J Family Movers called me the day before the move to schedule everything and seemed very professional. The day of the move Lindsay called again to say that their previous job was running a little late and that they would show up a half hour late. A half hour after the original appointed time Lindsay called again to say they had gotten lost and that they would now be a full hour late. An hour and a half after the original appointment time I called Lindsay's number. The phone was answered by another gentleman who asked my name, then set the phone down. About 10 seconds later the phone was hung up. I called the main office number of L.C.J Family Movers, and they told me they would check on Lindsay and see what was happening. 10 minutes later I had not received any calls so I called the main office again and was forwarded straight to voicemail. Luckily I had just enough people helping that after several additional hours we were able to complete the move ourselves w
