The number you have listed...which is the same phone number they have all over the internet, including the BBB, is no longer in service. I contacted moving helpers through the chat and was given 3 numbers...the 1st was the original out of service, the 2nd was blocking calls, and the 3rd was answered by someone who was very noncommittal about setting a time for service...and would "get back to me in a few days...maybe"?!?!?! How is a person supposed to schedule a move with that kind of service. I have made other arrangements with UHaul and an outside mover who I have worked with previously to complete the load in MO. I paid $436.95 for this service. You are only offering me a refund of $431.00. I would like to know the reason that you are not offering the entire amount. Devon at Ball Moving Service said they cannot provide labor because: 1. They are to far away from our pick up address 2. They have never been on Fort Leonard Wood, and probably cannot get onto a military base because of the I.D. requirements. These reasons are stupid. If they are too far away from Fort Leonard Wood, then their details should state they can only provide services within a certain radius. Devon and I talked on Sunday and he confirmed he would be at my house at 1:30. At 2PM I called only to be told the "in-box was full" and I couldn't leave a message. I sent an email asking him to contact me. I initiated a "Live Chat" with Moving Help to get an alternate contact number - which I tried unsuccessfully. I had to load the truck myself, which was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. Hopefully the Phoenix mover is better.

Devin Ball called and confirmed the move the night before and we set a time in which he would show up. He then call less than 2 hours before the scheduled time that he chose and cancelled. Him cancelling so late meant I was unable to find help and consequently had to pay $300 for keeping my U-Haul extra days. In my opinion Ball Moving Service should have to reimburse me for the additional charges.
