The customer service agent (same woman answers the phone each time) was very clear and nice. The actual movers were amazing. I forgot to get their names so I'll say Canelo Álvarez and Stanley Tucci. Canelo was very professional and upfront when explaining my packing options. Stanley reminder me to step back and let them do it each time I impulsively stepped in to help. Both very nice. Would definitely recommend.

Great and efficient service! My Boxes came 10 days early - El Rox was flexible and changed the moving date to the day after they arrived! They also unloaded 2 fully loaded uboxes in 40 minutes. Will definitely use them again

I recently used a moving service that included a U-Haul rental, and I encountered some inconsistencies that I feel need to be addressed. While I understand and accept that the mover saying they are not responsible for damage or loss before opening the u-box, I am concerned about the handling of an insurance issue with U-Haul. During this move, one of my items, a chest drawer, was damaged. I had paid for insurance through U-Haul for this specific moving order. However, the mover defended U-Haul by stating that the damage would not be covered, offering various explanations. My primary issue is not necessarily with the coverage or lack thereof, but rather with the inconsistent statements provided by the mover. If the exclusion from coverage is legal and justified, that's acceptable. However, I am dissatisfied with the unclear and contradictory communication regarding the insurance and responsibility for the damage.

I can’t say enough good things about El Roxs Moving. They were so flexible with me and my move. My UBOX wasn’t supposed to get to CA until the 4th, I scheduled them for the 4th and then had to move them to the 6th bc of my schedule. Not a problem at all for them. Then, my UBOX got to CA early on Oct 27th. I texted the movers and asked if they could come on the 1st and they were so accommodating! They showed up on time, took maybe an hour to unload everything. They made sure everything was fine and nothing was broken. Very kind and helpful. We will be using them for our next move!

El Roxs was so helpful and quick. I had booked another moving help company who kept pushing back my moving time. I called and booked El Roxs and they came within two hours. They were efficient, personable and incredibly good at what they do. I was worried that my things wouldn't fit in the U-Box because of how small it was. They played an expert level of tetris and made it fit with room to spare. Definitely 10 out of 10.

Very responsive to our same day request. Helpers arrived at the designated location ahead of schedule. Both helpers were super fast, and yet handled all the items with care. They arrived with all the equipment needed to move even the largest furniture items. They helped make sure that every item intended for the storage unit actually fitted. Efficient and ontime moving help! The movers arrived early and communicated clearly through the process. Access to my location was very indirect due to it being an older building with multiple stairs, though both movers were very effective in figuring out the best way to move and worked together extremely well. Grateful to Nestor & team who worked hard & quickly & lifted a big, heavy couch. But they wouldn't help reassemble my bed though I paid for 3 hrs & move done in 2. All previous movers have done so.
