There was a fair amount if damage to the items packed. Legscwere broken off of the dresser and it has scratches and scrapes on it. It doesn't seem like the blankets provided stayed in place. An upholstered shair has stains on it again because the blankets provided didn't stay put. Many boxes were broken open and crushed. The team did work hard but I don't feel they worked smart.

We relocated from SLC to PDX Metro. They texted in the morning and let us know they were running behind and we were flexible with the unload process so it wasn't a huge deal. Excellent communication! Upon arrival they were friendly, professional and asked us questions on where to put things if they weren't labeled. We had unloaded some of the 26ft truck the night prior so we had mattresses and boxes strewn about, they helped us move those to respective rooms, neatly stacked boxes and created pathways to be able to walk through. We hired them for 2 hours and they were so fast that they completed it in 1hr 25 minutes and then helped organize. I was blown away. Will definitely hire them again on our next move.

Kings Movers called DAY BEFORE service saying they cannot do the job. I had set up service for ‘evening’ and on their end it said ‘anytime’. This is not correct. The trailer to unload will not be at unload location until 5-6pm. This is why I chose ‘evening’ time. I do not know why they had ‘anytime’ listed on their end of service details. This is an error that needs to be fixed in the future. They stated they had a ‘birthday gathering’ they had to attend vs doing this job in evening.

Requested the move for 4:30pm. The day before they called to say that 5:30pm would be better and I agreed. The afternoon of the move they called/texted they would be late. at 6:00pm they called to say they were sending a different crew. At 6:45pm they called to say nobody was coming. We had to do all the moving ourselves because we had to vacate the house by end of day.We also had to hurry because we could only access the storage unit until 9pm and didn't know the movers weren't coming until late. Expecting to pay nothing since no service was performed.
