They picked up my U Box, delivered it, unloaded everything safe and sound in just 3 elevator trips, and took the U Box back. They made what would’ve been a multi-day solo moving ordeal into a breeze!

• This brother duo was nothing but exceptional!!! We ran into a problem with U-Haul miscommunicating to us what location my U-box was located at but Jason quickly handled the situation with ease, making it super stress free for me. • Jason and Gavin showed up right on time, and even after I had changed the start time on them, on short notice. They started as soon as they arrived, and got our entire 26 ft. truck unpacked, under 2 hours. Jason even brought his own tools to assemble any furniture we may have needed help with... and it turns out, we did. (Thanks Jason) They were super careful with our belongings and the home. I couldn't be more happy with their attitude and service. If anyone I know needs movers, I will absolutely be recommending Jason and Gavin.... I got their number for just that very purpose. Thank you gentlemen. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

• I scheduled this order earlier this week on 02/06/24, I waited and did not hear from company, I reached out yesterday 02/08/24 and the email address bounced back, and I did leave a message that went to a generic greeting. I wrote in then to movinghelp.com for assistance. The company called me back today and left me a 1 minute voicemail that was blank. I am not confident they are legitimate.

• We are a military family so have had years of experience with dozens of moves with professional movers as well as self-moves and the Top Flight Movers, brothers, Jason & Chris, were outstanding overall. We were moving our daughter’s studio apartment contents and it only took them less than 2 hours. They were super flexible and great communicators with rescheduling the move date several times due to the crazy weather issues affecting our move. They were very reasonably priced, super professional, conscientious with our belongings, organized, efficient, FAST and knew how to load the trailer for weight distribution. We would highly recommend their services.

• one of the guys hired was more interested in chatting than working, I had to tell him a number of times to get back to it. My son in-law called him chatty kathy. They were paid for 5 hours, and only worked for 4 so that should go for their tip.

• I wish I could remember their names, but these guys made the process so much better! They knew what they were doing and got the truck loaded quickly and efficiently. They packed it very well so that we didn't have to worry about things shifting during our long drive. They even brought their own dolly and when we mentioned we were gonna go buy some straps, they had an unopened pack in the car and saved us a trip! I'm so glad i decided on having helpers. It was worth it!

• This is the moving service you are looking for. Jason, Chris, and Scott went above and beyond to make my family feel taken care of. Their professionalism and prompt responses to communications took loads of pressure off of our family during what would have been a very stressful move. I appreciate the integrity of this team, and their commitment of doing things the right way. Our U-Boxes arrived early, and Top Flight was flexible in changing our appointment for unloading the U-Boxes. Jason personally contacted local U-Haul management to help me when I was having issues figuring out which location had my U-Boxes. A few days after we moved, we had a very heavy mattress delivered by another company to the bottom of our stairs. Top Flight was able to move the mattress for us last minute, and charged a very reasonable price for their service. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

• Chris and his partner were amazing to work with! They delievered our U-Box to our storage unit, loaded it, and then returned it to Uhaul to be shipped for us. They were great communicators, on time, quick to load our U-Box, yet careful with all of our belongings. They even managed to get a very large commercial refrigerator in our U-Box and we're so grateful to get to move that! I highly recommend them for your moving and U-Box needs.

• I hired this company based on reviews and was terribly disappointed, one of the helpers was cursing and agitated most of the time which made me very uncomfortable, he took out the drawers from my dresser on the side of the road and was pushing it where he can find a space. Jason refused to reimburse me for the unused Ubox that was returned. After packing the both stood beside me and asked for the CODE in a very intimidating way, I said I did not have it as I did not check my phone, Jason then said to me, open your phone , then he snapped a photo of the code and was never reimbursed for the 1 unused box. I will NOT recommend TOP FLIGHT MOVERS it was a very stressful experience.

• Jason and Chris were amazing! They loaded a 14' truck absolutely full, traveled across town, and unloaded it in 2 hours flat. Oh, did I mention there were stairs at both places? Superb experience!
