• This team saved our move! Another Uhaul moving help company left us hanging ALL day, promising they were on their way, and never showed up on moving day! The next day at my deadline to be out of the home, Miriam and Moving Up Moving Company came to my rescue by having a professional team to me in 1 hour. Communication was provided throughout the day when team would arrive, asking how things were going through the loading process and when the load was complete. I will use this company again!

• I had an urgent moving situation when the initial moving company ghosted us, leaving us stranded with a U-Haul truck in our driveway. It was about to drizzle, and we were in a tight spot. Thankfully, I reached out to Moving Up, and Kim answered the call. Despite initially scheduling for the next day, Kim went above and beyond to accommodate our situation. She coordinated with her team, including the hardworking individuals like Josh, who came to our rescue. They were originally in Melissa but made the extra effort to assist us after completing another job at 7 pm. The team worked tirelessly for 3 hours non-stop, demonstrating great efficiency and dedication. I appreciate their outstanding effort, and I believe one person on the team was Josh. I made sure to give each helper a well-deserved tip. Kim truly acted as our savior, turning a stressful situation into a smooth and efficient moving experience. I cannot express my gratitude enough, and if I could, I would give more than 5 stars

• Listen! They came and exceeded my expectations! Started off with Ms. Kim promptly calling after I made the reservation and worked with my schedule and understood what I needed done. Mr. Snoop confirmed my arrival and showed up like the Super Man he is! His crew not only loaded my truck quickly, but they also disposed of items for me as well. The cherry on Top is that Mr. Snoop secured my washer and dryer so good to my open bed pickup truck, that through the wind advisory Texas had last night, and the fact that I went from Mansfield to Frisco, then to Houston. The washer & dryer DIDN’T budge even a little bit! IT NEVER MOVED! #MindBlown This crew is so outstanding that I am looking for other ways to employ their services again in the future! If I could give 100 Stars I would! Best Movers in Texas! #Bar-none P.S. they were also going to help at my final destination but my time did not permit. They are legit!! • The two man crew was one and a half hours late due to a change in staff - understandable to a point. They did not communicate this to us though. Due to this we sat at a third location for two hours that we could have been working on other move related items then met them at the ‘new’ time. THEN the movers took two hours longer than necessary due to moving slow, carrying one box at a time down a staircase instead of using the dolly we rented paired with our apartment elevator. Moving an average one bedroom apartment took four and a half hours. They broke a dresser to where it can’t stand on it’s own any longer. And they rolled our mini-fridge down the stairs on the dolly instead of using the elevator. Yet to be seen of that is even still functional. Every time I texted the company phone number that I had been communicating through the only response was ‘I’m sorry’ ‘we won’t use this alternate guy again’ and ‘this isn’t normal for us’. Nothing that would actually impact our move.

• Movers were contacted to unload a truck through Craigslist at last minute. Company claimed that other crews were running behind and it has never happened before. I do not think this is a legit company. If I wanted random people to hire for labor I could have put out an ad myself. These were not verified employees. There was also an issue about when and how they were getting compensated, which should have been discussed before arrival and also would not have been a problem if they were legit. I will never use Moving Up or Moving Help again and I will never recommend it to any one.
