• Chris contacted me twice prior to the job - to check in and ask pertinent questions ensuring a smooth experience and the day before to reconfirm. He and David were punctual and very efficient. They asked questions and listed to my concerns stemming from previous contracted moving help experiences. When they noticed an issue with the rental truck they quickly advised on how to handle it without losing time. My adult daughters kept them chuckling with their mom hoarding stories which only led to a sense of comrade as they worked diligently to load my home. I had expressed to Chris on our first call that we really wanted to be on the road by 1pm and thanks to their efficiency we met that timeline. Everything was loaded and secured to ensure a smooth ride and no movement of contents as well as ease of unload at finals destinations. I definitely recommend them to anyone requiring loading help.

• They were around 45 minutes late to start. Smelled of alcohol and pot. Got very rude to me when I couldn’t find code after loading truck. Asked him to help me find it. I finally found it myself and showed him where code was located. I still paid him a cash tip at end of job. I was never told or explained to how to do transaction

• They moved very slow, we feel that was done in order to fulfill the three hour contract. No plastic for the stairs or shoe coverings. But were careful in trying to keep the floor and carpet clean as much as possible.

• Very quick and expedient on top of the professionalism and patience that they show in their work. They go and went above and beyond their duties that are even what they advertise for. They were very kind, considerate, patient, all around the professionalism and the work that they do is outstanding. I’ve moved several times, and by far these two men and I wish I remember their names, and I hope they reply to this. They Exceeded my expectation I was not present. I cannot speak highly enough of their work ethic and knowledge of what they do. They also were very coordinated and efforts to fit everything in the U-Haul, and knew what they were doing and where to put things to make sure it all fit. I would recommend them 10 times. I wish we could have the company unload our truck and do a storage unit when we arrive in Georgia. However; I believe they are local Bradenton workers. They are the best of the best.! I can’t thank them enough

• If you chose Brandon's Best Services, you better hope that they don't do any damage to your furniture. They dropped my new Lazy Boy near the top of the truck loading ramp and the fall caused approx. $320 worth of damages, which we discovered the next morning. I submitted pictures of the damage and the repair estimate. I called him five times, leaving a voicemail message for him to return my call each time. He never picked up the phone or returned my calls or texts. I finally used the conflict resolution process provided by Moving Help. He wrote back once that the customer inspected everything and paid him before he left.

• Worst experience ever! I hired them to load at old place and unload at new place in afternoon. Chris had an attitude the moment he arrived. His helper David was phenomenal and polite. Chris was rude and mouthy to my daughter several times. My son in law had a talk with him. Few minutes later he spouted off again to her and me as well and it almost became a physical altercation between them. Chris demanded payment for less time and quit on me. I paid him just so he would leave but I was left with no one to unload in the afternoon. I will tell everyone to NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

• I scheduled 2 guys for 2 hours and luckily they were running a bit behind which gave me some much needed time to finish up. To make up for it, I had 3 guys show up and they were able to move me out of my ex's and into my new little place in the 2 hours. It was a hot Florida in July day, but they kept going until it was all done. They were very careful with my furniture and I had no damages at all. I would highly recommend!

• I asked for them to arrive at 11 AM; but, they were not avl to work from 11 AM to 2 PM. When I entered the reservation, I selected a time of move of "Morning"; but, the mover assumed that the start time would be 8:30 AM (not 11 AM). Suggestion: instead of just having me say morning or afternoon when I make the reservation, it would be better to put in an actual start and end time. There seems to be no coordination in your system between the time I pick up the truck and the time the movers will start.

• When I spoke with the guy from Brandon's Best. I believe he said his name was Chris. He said that he would not be available to move us at 11 am. He was very rude and cursed at me several times. He seemed to be very mad at the Moving Help web site and took it out on me. I would suggest taking him off the list of your providers. I believe they should change their company's name to Brandon's Worst. It was by far the worst customer service I have ever received.
