All went very well until I had driven about 10 minutes with the loaded truck, and a passing vehicle told me that the rear loading door was wide open. Luckily nothing had yet fallen out but this could have been disastrous. Movers had closed the door but not secured it and it opened up as I drove. I assumed they had secured it properly and didn't personally check it. A caution for future users.

Anton and his crew were incredible! They efficiently confirmed all the details prior to the move and they handled all the boxes and furniture with care during the moving day. We hired movers through Uhaul and one showed up five minutes late and the other two showed up over 20 minutes late. Once everyone was here, they moved extremely slowly carrying the smallest item weighing around 15 pounds and mostly hung out at our truck to wait out the clock. My husband and I began helping them to speed the process along, and showed how you can carry two light items at the same time, to which the first guy Jeff, stormed off. Their manager Anton, then blamed us for his guy leaving saying we “pressured” him to work faster by helping, and then Anton and his last guy just hung out at the truck for the next half hour not doing anything. Anton didn’t lift a single item the whole time because he’s the boss he explained. After an hour of them doing almost nothing and hanging by the truck to avoid the house, (over half of the boxes we loaded ourselves), we asked them to leave. We would like a refund for this moving service we paid for given that we did not receive any service

Didn't help us move.. Were 15 minutes late, then worked 40 minutes then left the job. Asked for cash, threatened to leave, so paid $120 cash. Paid uhaul 2 hours for 2 people, in return we got nothing.

The company will no longer be in Calgary then. Uhaul should really keep tabs on their companies they deal with and make sure to know who is and isn't available. This seems very sketchy to a purchaser.

Movers were great. No issues at all even with terrible weather (-25) and lots of snow. No dings or damage to anything in the house, even with heavy items going upstairs. Would recommend to anyone!

Very helpful and skilled. I went over a plan quickly and he helped execute it to the letter on the day. One item fell and the supplied drop cloths weren't used to protect my items, minor scuff marks
