I scheduled this well in advance. The move is in 3 days and the moving company never contacted me to arrange the meeting time and location. I reached out to UHaul moving help and they sent an email to the moving company asking them to contact me, but I still have not heard anything from them. Calling their phone number rings into what appears to be the phone owned by someone named Kevin. Very unprofessional and very poor experience.

The movers were very polite and nice but they moved too slow. One of the movers had a twisted ankle and he was moving very slow and wasn't good at packing our stuff in storage. One of the movers forgot our bed frame at our old apartment.
