• First Id like to say I got a fast response and they were able to work with me being 15 mins behind schedule so that was good . I reserved space for 2 hours to only pack and unload into a storage unit . It took the movers 2 hours to halfway load a 10 truck . We took a brief break to drop a large item off 2 mins down the road which took an additional 30 mins . Then took another 30 mins to load remaining items and we still had to leave stuff because the truck was packed very poorly . 3 hours total to load a 10 foot truck with not even a whole apartment worth of things is outrageous. The older gentleman kept calling me ‘sexy and sexy as hell at least 3 or 4 times which is very unprofessional and clearly he was distracted from his task . I was unable to complete to move and ended the job with out being unloaded . I reached out to customer service and they said because I already paid that I was pretty much out of luck with any assistance. Would not hire again .

• Put a hole in the drywall and damaged door way trying to move a treadmill up from lower level. If an item does not fit the passage, I expect they will explore options of disassembling it and not just forcing it through.

• After unpacking I found the top and 1 leg broken off a jewelry armoire. A number of items were not wrapped as requested and we're haphazardly loaded into U-Box containers. Parts of fireplace doors were left out if its box. Ditto for printer and TV. Would not recommend.

• I really appreciated that the team wore masks for the move. My parents are both immunocompromised and they wore them without question even though it was a challenge with August heat. They communicated well on the day of the move and were careful with all of my furniture. I would definitely hire them again!

• I was left stranded by this movers, i tried reaching them multiples times on the day before moving and left voice messages and followed on the day of moving as well. But i didn't get any response from 'Young N Motivated Movers'. I had to schedule another helper who fortunately showed up on a very short notice. If not for them my move would have been badly effected and all my moving plan had to change.
