• Mover lost my dog, then when I complained and asked to be more aware he said “stop barking at me” I’m a single mother who just lost my home. This is beyond disrespectful and I’m planning to file a complaint when I have the means, right now we are attempting to look for shelter.

• We've used Browntown twice now, once about a year ago for my own move and now for my mother in law's. Both times they've been very communicative, prompt, and got the unloading done much faster than anticipated. Would absolutely work with them again!!

• When moving our nice white couch the providers removed the plastic cover, set it fabric-side down on the asphalt, placed it on the dirty dolly, and proceeded to smash it through the elevator door. I recommended they carry it up the stairs instead of forcing it, they insisted on the dolly and elevator method. As a result, the couch has been ripped on the backside from trying to fit it in the elevator as well as also has black asphalt marks on the arms and backside from setting it in the parking lot fabric-side down. I called the provider, Browntown Convience Tienda, they told us there was nothing we could do and no way to file a claim as the code was provided already. We are left frustrated as our new couch is ruined, they've yet to come to any sort of resolution on this matter and treated us as if it wasn't their responsibility and on our own to replace the couch.

• Cruz and his son were absolutely amazing for our move today. They called me right at 9am, when they planned to be there, and were able to stay extra as I underestimated how much stuff we had lol. The guys had all of our boxes in the truck within 30min and moved all our big items which obviously experienced skill. I am pregnant and the guys didn’t let me lift a single thing. They worked hard without being instructed at all. I HIGHLY recommend this company and we will use them again in the future!!! Thank you guys!

• This was the easiest and most well put together company that helped me move out of my third level two bedroom and bathroom apartment. The manger came out in person to ensure me about the three men with him, and answered any questions before leaving, and introduced me to one as a lead support to help the others while staying in communication with me from begin to end. All were willing to help stay over time for extra pay to pack in a calm manner and smiled well. Thank so much for helping me have a fast move without much lifting and going down the stairs on my end.

• The moving helper was unwilling to complete the job with two men. He asked how many bedrooms I was moving (5) and stated that I needed to hire a third person; I said, "No." I already had a total of 4 people available to move and had previously moved several loads of items from the house, prior to the hired help arriving, so two was a sufficient number for what was left to move.
